Offering small classes in an intimate setting with a focus on connection and proper alignment.

Prenatal yoga

Mondays 6-7

Take time to connect with your body and baby in a grounding and strengthening 60 minute prenatal yoga class. You will work towards calming your mind and strengthening your body while preparing yourself for birth and motherhood. Prenatal Yoga classes are also a great opportunity to connect with other moms-to-be in your community.

 

This class is for all trimesters and ability levels. No previous yoga experience necessary

Mom & baby yoga

Wednesday 10:30-11:30

4 week series- great for those recovering from pregnancy and childbirth. By joining Mom & Baby yoga, you are caring for your own physical and mental health without leaving your little one behind. Mom & Baby yoga is also a great way to meet other new moms in your community! 

These Mom & Baby Yoga classes are suitable for all moms and babies from 6-weeks-old (8 weeks post C-section) to pre-crawling. No previous yoga experience is necessary. 

Please bring a blanket for baby to lie on.

PACE Rehab Workshop

Wednesdays 6:30-7:30

Posture Assessment & Correct Exercise

Connect with your breath while you are guided through self release, stretching and strengthening exercises based on your specific postural assessment. Introduction to different props such as tennis ball and foam roller as tools to help learn self myofascial release.
